TOKYO RIKIYA

Japanese restaurant

Since 2012

Interiorul Tokyo Rikiya
物語A small corner of Japan in Constanța

Since 2012, Tokyo Rikiya has brought the taste and atmosphere of Japanese cuisine to Constanța.

Located at Bulevardul Tomis 120, the restaurant was created to offer more than a meal — a place to discover part of Japan's culture and gastronomy, in an intimate, warm and welcoming space.

Over the years, Tokyo Rikiya has become a place for those who love sushi, ramen, gyoza, teriyaki and authentic Japanese dishes. And for those looking for something different — a dish once discovered in Japan, or a combination not necessarily found on our menu.

職人Chef Shoji Toshihisa

At the heart of our kitchen is Chef Shoji Toshihisa, a Japanese chef with more than 10 years of experience in restaurants in Japan.

Every day he prepares sushi, ramen, chicken teriyaki and other Japanese-inspired dishes, with a focus on fresh ingredients, attention to detail and respect for the final dish.

For us, Japanese cuisine is more than recipes. It means balance, discipline and respect for ingredients.

心Three things that define us
  • Safety
  • Freshness
  • Quality

We pay close attention to ingredients and how they are prepared, so every dish reaches the table at its best.

We believe a good experience begins with fresh ingredients and a space where food is prepared with care — and continues with the taste you discover on the plate.

日Closer to Japan

Our mission is simple: to give you the chance to discover part of Asian culture through cooking as close to Japanese as possible.

We don't try to reinvent what works. We respect the dishes, flavours and style of Japanese cuisine and bring them to your table in Constanța.

Whether you come for sushi, a bowl of ramen, gyoza or simply to discover something new, we hope every visit to Tokyo Rikiya offers you a small taste of Japan.
