Privacy policy (GDPR)

1. Data controller

We process data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Romanian Law No 190/2018.

2. What data we process

The Website has no forms, user accounts or newsletter and uses no marketing or analytics cookies. We only process: (a) the name and phone number you give us when booking by phone; (b) minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) logged automatically by our hosting provider for security and operation.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Booking data is used only to manage your reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps at your request prior to a contract). Technical data is processed to keep the Website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest). We make no automated decisions and no profiling.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept only until the reservation date and deleted no later than 30 days afterwards. Technical logs are kept briefly by the hosting provider under its own policies.

5. Recipients and third-party services

We do not sell or rent your data. The Website is hosted by a cloud provider acting as a processor. The embedded Google Maps and Google Fonts may send your IP address to Google. The Glovo, Bolt Food, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok buttons open third-party platforms, which act as independent controllers under their own policies.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on European Commission adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies

The Website sets no marketing or analytics cookies of its own. Your language choice is kept in the page address (?lang=), not in cookies. The embedded Google map may set Google technical cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and not to be subject to automated decisions. To exercise them contact us at +40 241 666 444, at the restaurant, or by post at our registered office. We reply within one month.

9. Security and changes

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted HTTPS, restricted access to booking data). We may update this policy; the version published on the Website applies.
