2. Acceptance

By accessing and using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website is informational: it presents the restaurant, menu, opening hours and contact details. No distance contracts are concluded and no online payments are made through the Website.

4. Reservations

Reservations are made by phone and are only confirmed once our staff confirm them verbally. Please let us know in advance if you are running late or need to cancel; we may release the table after a reasonable delay.

5. Orders via Glovo and Bolt Food

The Glovo and Bolt Food buttons redirect you to third-party platforms. Ordering, payment, delivery, complaints and the processing of your data there are governed by the terms and privacy policies of Glovo and Bolt respectively, for which we are not responsible.

6. Menu, prices and allergens

Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. We aim to keep information accurate, but the menu, prices and availability may change without notice; the prices displayed in the restaurant apply. Photos are for illustration only.

Allergen information (under EU Regulation No 1169/2011) is available on request in the restaurant. Please tell our staff about any allergy or intolerance before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, photos, logo, graphics) belongs to the operator or is used with permission and is protected by Romanian copyright law (Law No 8/1996). Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. External links and liability

The Website links to Google Maps, Glovo, Bolt Food, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the digital menu. We do not control and are not responsible for these sites. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the Website.

9. Dispute resolution

For complaints contact us at +40 241 666 444 or at the restaurant. Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and use alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR/SOL), linked from the banners in the footer.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes not settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, without prejudice to consumer rights. We may update these terms; the version published on the Website applies.
